About Chef Beeta

Chef Beeta is originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She grew up in a Persian household and while life revolved around food growing up her obsession with cooking came a bit later. 
 

During the Pandemic Chef Beeta grew her meal prep side hustle to her now commercial kitchen on the rooftop of The Marke, where she fuels athletes preparing for the NFL Combine and veteran players training during the off-season. Her clients keep coming back year after year as they depend on her tasty chef-curated meals to keep them on track. Her understanding of macros and “Food as Fuel” is key to their performance. 

 

Chef Beeta combines her skills to provide local farm fresh foods and elevation for all your dining experiences. She has been featured on Food Network on shows “Supermarket Stakeout” and “Raid the Fridge” winning the grand prize. Needless to say, she has had a love affair with food all her life.

Started in Seattle

After having studied Biology at the University of Washington, she craved a more creative and stimulating lifestyle. A culinary pursuit was the obvious choice as it stems from her love of travel and food. 

She dreamed of a life that was artfully inspired. 
She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Seattle and began training closely under the former executive chef of 3-Michelin star Meadowood, Napa Valley, Chef Vincent Nattress. 

She lived true to “Farm to Table” learning everything from cultivation to catering at Cultivar Catering on Whidbey Island. Skills and techniques from harvest to intimate private dinners, and from corporate events to grand weddings.

To New Orleans

Along with her extensive experience in catering, Chef Beeta trained in award-winning restaurants such as Commander's Palace, and Domenica in New Orleans. She learned from southern chefs Tory McPhail, John Besh & Alon Shaya.

To California

Her career took her West in 2016 to Orange County, California when she started her own boutique catering company, BeetzEats, where everything she does is customized to the client. Chef Beeta has traveled much of the world as a Private Chef to clients like Simon Cowell, Chris Paul (Phoenix Suns), Leonardo DiCaprio, Russell Wilson (Denver Broncos), Ciara, Christina El Moussa (Flip or Flop), Ashley Longshore (New Orleans, Artist), Christian Siriano (New York Fashion Week), Michael Franti (Bali, Indonesia) and many more.
