Ubud, Bali
Chef Beeta traveled to Bali to spend a month living and working @SoulshineBali, a stunningly peaceful boutique resort in Ubud that focuses on Yoga Retreats and Wellness. She spent time learning the Balinese way from their incredible team, learning the process of ordering, sourcing, and production. She left there having taught their cooks many new recipes and techniques, teaching them world-class Neapolitan Style Pizza using their new Stone-Fired Pizza oven in the "Togetherness Lounge", as well as a kitchen remodel that gave them functionality that matched the growth they acquired over Covid and a more efficient flow. Her catering style and buffet table designs left an imprint on how they take care of their guests today.
Food Styling
Living in a world of ordering everything online at the click of a button, Chef Beeta has done food styling for big delivery platforms such as UberEats, GrubHub & Doordash. Much of the images we drool over when ordering off the app is actually created in a high-rise corporate building by contracted Chefs for “The love of the Ooze”. Whether it’s the perfectly melty cheese on a cheeseburger, or the freshness of herbs on your Thai dish, Food Styling is a world of creating food for the camera, not for taste.
Wing Me Up
Chef Beeta loves playing with ingredients, textures and flavors creating dishes that seem elaborate but are really simple and delicious. She was hired to create the menu over at the newly opened Wing Me Up in Van Nuys, California. A fast-casual wing shop that’s got a killer “Krack’d Cookie” on the menu. From house-made ranch to poutine fries, from their hot agave to sticky garlic wing sauce. Chef Beeta created and tested every bit.
La La Land Cafe
Chef Beeta partnered with La La Land Kind Cafe at their newest 3rd Street location in Los Angeles to create their delectable newest offerings of pressed paninis and dipping sauces to expand their menu
